When you apply for a role or register with us via this website, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, CV/résumé file, and any message you choose to include.

If you contact us via our enquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone number and message.

We use this information to consider you for healthcare roles, contact you about opportunities, and respond to your enquiries. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (recruitment) and, where you apply for a specific role, taking steps prior to entering a contract.

We retain candidate CVs and application details for 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep your details on file for longer, or we have an ongoing legitimate reason to retain them (e.g. an active placement).

We do not sell your data.

We may share your details with NHS trusts, health boards, or private healthcare providers when putting you forward for a specific role, with your knowledge.
